Adding Skills to Skills Master Pro

Select the Skills Maintenance menu item

Adding the new Skill

Click Add

Saving the new Skill

  1. Enter the required skill
  2. Add a description if required
  3. Select a validity period
    • The validity period is set in months
    • When adding a course against a skill the validity period is used to calculate the date for reminders.
  4. Mark the skill as Safety Critical
    • A skill can be marked as Safety Critical. Skill Safe will then show all employees with safety critical skills
  5. Mark the skill as Company Critical
    • A skill can be marked as Company Critical. Skill Safe will then show all employees with company critical skills
  6. Save the changes
